Conjugation of the verb run:
Base Form/Infinitive without 'to':
Third Person Singular:
To go faster than when you walk.
As soon as he saw the police, he ran.
I saw him running down the street.
The gangster dropped the gun and ran.
The irregular verbs in the table below have the same pattern as run. They are:
