Why do they wear gloves?

When you dine out, and all the waiters are wearing gloves…, ever wonder what’s in the food that makes them afraid? 

A customer sees a cook in a restaurant putting on new gloves, then touching money, then putting on more gloves to make a sandwich. The customer asks, “Why do you change gloves so often?”

The cook replies, “Oh, I don’t want to get germs on the money!”.
